Our rates are:
For small non-corporate indoor events we charge from $300 (+GST) for up to 3 hours, additional hours from $100 (+GST) per hour. For small corporate indoor events we charge from $450 (+GST) for up to 3 hours, additional hours from $150 (+GST) per hour. This includes us and all our VJ equipment, but does NOT include projector/screen hire. For outdoor projection and bigger events, we quote on a case by case basis.

BenQ 2500 lumens XGA short-throw ($150+GST)
BenQ 3500 lumens XGA short throw ($250+GST)
BenQ and Optoma 4000 lumens XGA standard throw ($150+GST)
Sony 5000 lumens HD standard throw ($400+GST)
Pro projectors (interchangeable lens):
Sony FX51 5200 lumens XGA standard throw with rigging frame ($400+GST)
Sony FX52 6000 lumens XGA standard throw with rigging frame ($500+GST)
Barco R10+ 10,000 lumens HD 4:3 standard throw with rigging frame ($1500+GST)
Sanyo XF-1000 12,000 lumens XGA standard throw ($1500+GST)
Long or short-throw lens for any of the above, if available ($80+GST)
How many you need depends on the space – often, one is enough. How big it needs to be depends on the type of content and the ambient light level. We will usually do a site visit if we have not worked at the venue before.
We don’t charge for same-day set-up time.
We do NOT “dry-hire” – our projectors are only available when you are hiring us for your gig. That way we know that they’re looked after, always have a fresh bulb for optimum brightness etc. They are our tools of trade, we’re not an AV hire company.
Large corporate events and festivals are quoted on an individual basis, depending on what’s required, how many people will be attending, if we need to develop new content etc.
