We love doing events at AGWA. The staff are great, it's a beautiful venue and everything's always well organised and professionally run.

Thanks to Helen Waters for organising such a great community day. It's a pity that inclement weather probably kept a lot of families away, but those that attended really seemed to enjoy themseves - as you can see from these pics.

I was especially pleased that so many girls participated. The DM2 scratch-pads make such a difference in this sort of hands-on work with kids. The connection between what they do and what they see is so immediate, and the scratch pads are much easier for tiny hands than a mouse is. As you can see, we even had one smart toddler fascinated.
